What is the legend of milk and sugar about the Parsis?

When Parsis approached Raja Jadi Rāṇā of Sanjān, he showed them a full jug of milk, indicating the kingdom could not accommodate more people. A wise Parsi man dissolved sugar in the milk without spilling it, meaning Parsis would blend into Indian society and enrich it without causing problems.
