How far did the Eastern Gangas' kingdom extend by the end of the twelfth century?

By the end of the twelfth century, the Eastern Gangas' kingdom extended "from the Ganga to the Godavarī". They initiated construction of the Jagannatha temple at Puri and the Sun temple at Konark.
