Velocity

It is distance traveled by an object per unit time.

It is the displacement covered by an object per unit of time.

Speed = distance ÷ time

Velocity = displacement ÷ time

It is scalar quantity i.e. it has magnitude only.

It is vector quantity i.e. has both magnitude and direction.
