Arrange the following in ascending order:

(ii) 1/5, 3/7, 7/10, 1/6

(i) 2/7, 3/5, 5/6

LCM of 7, 5, 6 = 210

2/7 = 60/210

3/5 = 126/210

5/6 = 175/210

Since 60 < 126 < 175:

∴ 2/7 < 3/5 < 5/6

(ii) 1/5, 3/7, 7/10, 1/6

LCM of 5, 7, 10, 6 = 210

1/5 = 42/210

3/7 = 90/210

7/10 = 147/210

1/6 = 35/210

Since 35 < 42 < 90 < 147:

∴ 1/6 < 1/5 < 3/7 < 7/10
