What is the role of the President, Prime Minister, and judges in the Constitution?
The President is the constitutional head of the state and performs ceremonial duties while acting on the advice of the Council of Ministers. The Prime Minister is the head of government and leads the executive, making policy decisions and running the administration with the Council of Ministers. Judges, especially in higher courts, protect the Constitution by interpreting the law, hearing disputes and ensuring that laws and government actions follow constitutional provisions. All these offices work together to uphold the Constitution.
