Refund Policy

1. Overview

At Shiksha Nation, we strive to provide high-quality educational resources and services. However, we understand that there may be situations where a refund is necessary. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are applicable.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

We offer refunds under the following circumstances:

a. Online Courses & Digital Products

  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.
  • The course or digital product should not have been fully accessed (more than 30% progress).
  • Refunds are not applicable for downloaded materials or certification courses.
  • Money Will be Credited Bank in the Original Payment Method Within 7 Working Days.

b. Live Classes & Webinars

  • If a live session is canceled by Shiksha Nation, you are eligible for a full refund.
  • If you are unable to attend, you may request a refund at least 24 hours before the session starts.
  • No refunds will be issued for missed classes or incomplete attendance.

c. Subscription Services

  • Monthly subscriptions can be canceled anytime, but refunds are not provided for the current billing cycle.
  • Annual subscriptions are eligible for a partial refund if canceled within 7 days of purchase.

3. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request, follow these steps:

  • Email us at hello@shikshanation.com with your order details and reason for the request.
  • Our team will review the request within 3-5 business days.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.

4. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Completed courses or certifications.
  • E-books, PDFs, and other downloadable content.
  • Technical issues caused by user-side problems (e.g., poor internet connection).
